Bowburn Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Night Porter to come and join our team.
Nestled in Bowburn, just 4 miles from the historic city of Durham, Bowburn Hall Hotel offers 20 beautifully individually designed rooms and 5 garden lodges, as well being an exclusive wedding venue.
As the successful Night Porter you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality, be self-motivated and willing to work alone. You will have experience of working in a similar role, have excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail.
Our Night Porters play an important role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and hotel throughout the night. You will be responsible for dealing with any guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals and maintaining our exceptionally high standards. Additionally you will complete cleaning duties and help to set up the venue for the next day.
Full time or part time positions will be considered. Due to the nature of the job, we can only accept applicants aged 18 and over.
