The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties may include:
- Personal care and support
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and errands
- Domestic tasks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people to access their local community and appointments
Every day is different, but your role will always be focused on helping people live safely and independently in the place they call home.
About You
We're looking for kind, compassionate, and dependable people who genuinely care about others.
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
You will need:
- A caring and positive approach
- Good communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
Welsh language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
