At Nightingale Homecare, we're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes in Eastbourne and Hailsham.

What You'll Do
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support with medication administration
- Assist with daily routines and meal preparation
- Carry out light household duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Encourage independence and help clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
What You'll Need
- A caring and positive attitude
- Reliability and a commitment to working weekdays and alternate weekends
- Good communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
