About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced FLT / Warehouse Operative to join our busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and is looking for consistent, full-time work on a structured shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Moving stock within the warehouse
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
