Role Overview
Hariley Solutions is seeking one reliable and dedicated individual to join a dynamic operations team at Stansted. The role requires coverage across office, warehouse, and canteen/kitchen areas, supporting operational needs on a professional, client-facing site.
Shift Pattern
The successful candidate will rotate across the following shifts... full flexibility will be needed to cover the following:
- Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations across office, warehouse, and canteen/kitchen areas
- Follow health, safety, and company procedures at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct on-site
- Assist with cleaning, organisation, and operational tasks as required
Candidate Requirements
- Right to Work: British passport, UK birth certificate, or Share Code (non-UK nationals)
- 5-Year Employment History: Fully referenced; gaps over 28 days require a Gap Reference Letter from a professional or friend (relatives not allowed)
- DBS Check: Basic DBS (valid 2 years); overseas checks if less than 5 years in the UK
- Education Verification: College/university attendance confirmation if applicable
- Proof of Address: Recent utility bill or bank statement
- Training: training completed via our online portal
- Professional Conduct: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently across multiple shifts
