About the Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure high levels of achievement.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Foster pupils' confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Establish high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and academic progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school community.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience teaching Year 4 or Lower Key Stage 2.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND within a mainstream classroom.
- Knowledge of effective assessment and intervention strategies.
- Experience contributing to wider school initiatives or extracurricular activities.

Pay: £32,916.00-£51,048.00 per year
