We’re looking for a driven Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead our Hyundai dealership in Coventry.
£36,000 basic salary ¦ OTE £52,000 ¦ Maximum earning potential £66,000 for 200% performance and upper quartile achievement.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
-
Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target delivery
-
Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
-
Managing departmental budgets and driving profitability
-
Working closely with the Head of Business and senior team to improve overall site performance

Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager

Proven track record of delivering strong financial and operational performance
-
A results-driven leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
-
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
-
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
-
Automotive / motor trade experience is essential
