About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hygienist who values clinical autonomy, high-quality care, and strong patient relationships. As a direct access clinic, you will have the ability to see patients independently, allowing you to fully utilise your skills and deliver care with a strong emphasis on prevention and long-term oral health.

You will be working with advanced technology, including:
- GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) protocols
- State-of-the-art EMS technology for advanced airflow and periodontal care
- iTero scanners with integrated oral health suite, enhancing patient education and treatment planning
- A dedicated Treatment Coordinator to support patients throughout their entire journey
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality periodontal treatment and preventative care
- Provide PMPR treatments using modern airflow/GBT systems
- Deliver tailored oral health education and patient motivation
- Support patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Provide calm, professional, and patient-focused care
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- GDC registered Dental Hygienist (or Dental Hygienist/Therapist)
- Passionate about preventative, high-quality, gentle dentistry
- Confident working with autonomy in a direct access setting
- Friendly, approachable, and an excellent communicator
- Motivated to grow within a progressive and expanding practice
- Team-focused with a positive, proactive attitude
Dental Hygienist/Therapists will also be considered, particularly those who are interested in expanding their scope of practice. There is opportunity to carry out therapy treatments alongside hygiene work, with scope for future clinical development.

Pay & Benefits
- From £28 - £36 per hour for hygiene (dependent on experience)
