Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with accounting software, and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
