The Role
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Participate in budgeting processes and provide support in monitoring expenses and variances
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records

About You:
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
