We are seeking an experienced Bubble Tea Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of Coffee, bubble tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation and customer service protocols
- Ensure all beverages are prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Skills
- Proven experience as a barista, preferably with expertise in bubble tea preparation
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently under pressure
- Good basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure quality control across all products

Pay: £12.21-£15.50 per hour
