Job Summary
HCD Chauffeur Drive is seeking an experienced Business Development and Corporate Accounts Manager to support the company’s growth strategy across the United Kingdom and international markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic corporate accounts, building supplier and partnership relationships, identifying new markets and supporting the expansion of the company’s premium chauffeur, airport transfer, event transportation and corporate mobility services.
The role requires a commercially focused individual with strong experience in business development, account management, relationship management and strategic growth within the transportation, mobility, travel or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate, private aviation, hospitality, events and travel sectors.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Support the development of commercial growth initiatives through digital lead generation, strategic partnerships and market development activities.
- Build relationships with potential clients, strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
- Generate and manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract completion.
- Identify new domestic and international markets for business growth.
Corporate Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Identify opportunities to increase service utilisation.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and service arrangements with clients.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key customer relationships.
International Expansion and Partnerships
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to support the expansion of the Company's global transportation network.
- Develop relationships with international travel management companies, event agencies, private aviation providers and corporate mobility partners.
- Conduct market research and commercial analysis to identify new business opportunities and support expansion into new geographic regions.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement international growth strategies that increase revenue, market presence and corporate client acquisition.
Commercial Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments.
- Assist senior management with business planning and growth initiatives.
- Analyse commercial data and present growth forecasts to senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational scalability.
- Support the protection and enhancement of the Company's brand reputation by ensuring commercial activities and strategic partnerships align with applicable local regulations, including Transport for London (TfL) requirements where relevant.
Client Engagement
- Attend client meetings, networking events, industry exhibitions and business development activities.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with prospective and existing clients.
- Liaise with operational delivery teams to review contract execution and ensure client account retention standards are achieved.
- Lead commercial bidding, client pricing, and account management for large-scale corporate event mobility contracts.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline.
- A substantial track record of progressive experience in business development, account management, transportation, mobility, travel or related sectors.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
- Experience managing corporate accounts and commercial partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with corporate, executive and VIP clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within chauffeur services, transportation, travel, hospitality or mobility sectors.
- Experience supporting international business growth and market expansion.
- Existing network within corporate travel, events, hospitality or executive transportation sectors is desirable.
Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
