We are looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team in a hands-on installation and repair role.
This is a varied position involving working alongside an experienced installer on-site, using a range of tools to assist with the fitting, repair, and adjustment of doors, windows, and general carpentry works. The role also includes independent tasks when required, so reliability and confidence working on your own is important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation and repair of doors, windows, and related fittings
- Carrying out general carpentry and maintenance tasks
- Working alongside a lead installer on various sites
- Occasionally attending jobs independently when required
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Loading, preparing, and handling materials and tools
Requirements:
- Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Practical, hands-on mindset
- Full UK driving licence preferred (or willingness to travel between sites)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to learn and develop skills on the job
