About the Role
Everlasting Care Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our growing team. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available supporting children and adults across our services.
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to:
- Children attending our Children’s Day Centre
- Adults and children living within the community
- Individuals in their own homes, helping them develop independence and achieve their personal goals
Key Responsibilities
· Providing person-centred care and support
· Assisting with daily living activities
· Promoting independence, confidence, and life skills
· Supporting social, emotional, and developmental needs
· Maintaining accurate records and reports
· Working closely with families, colleagues, and other professionals
What We’re Looking For
· A caring, positive, and professional attitude
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Reliability and flexibility
· A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and adults
· Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
· A full UK driving licence is desirable
