Job description:
IVC Signs are currently looking to recruit a Lead sign fitter located in the Colchester Co4 area as part of our young enthusiastic team. The position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the company. The successful applicant will have a knowledge working within in the sign industry at least 5 years to work along side another lead fitter, assisting in the installation of a range of signage elements including totems & monoliths, flex faces, built up letters, fascia signs, LED lighting and cabling, vinyl applications of digitally print graphics & brick vinyl and carrying out site surveys. The position will require travelling & working nationwide & on occasion across Europe and will include overnight stays as well as occasional night work. You will need a positive aptitude for hands on work, a strong desire to work within a team and to be able to assist as and when required.

Health and Safety exposure is a certainty and the ability to maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times is very important. You will need a technical mind and the ability to work with the lead sign fitter to achieve high quality installations that our clients demand.
Key responsibilities:
Sign installation / maintaining stock levels on the company vehicle / checking tools / good time keeping
Full and clean UK Driving Licence required

Salary: Basic salary (negotiable with experience.) + overtime
On target Earnings £55,000.00 to £60,000.00
- Overnight allowance including evening meal & breakfast allowance + work late meal allowance
