Role Overview:
BA Commercial seeks an Accountants Assistant to join their Property & Asset Management team in Chester. This entry-level role involves diverse accountancy tasks, including cash control, purchase ledger and utilities management. Previous experience not essential, but preferred as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities (post-training):
- Cash control, and year-end procedures, updating systems.
- Oversee Purchase ledger
- Oversee utilities management.
- Collaborate with property managers, contractors, tenants, and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in IT and software, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
