We're looking for an experienced Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established Residential Property team in Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working within a firm that values professionalism, client care, and career development. You'll have the autonomy to run your own files while playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the department.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and Land Registry procedures
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and file management abilities
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
