About the role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Nursery Manager to support the opening and ongoing development of our new setting.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, supporting the team and driving quality across the nursery.
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and ready to take ownership in raising standards and making a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery
Leading and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality care and education
Building strong relationships with parents and carers
Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging experiences
Ensuring the nursery meets all safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Working closely with the management team to drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
Experience in a nursery setting (at least 2 years)
Leadership or management experience (minimum 1 year)
A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
Confidence in leading practice and supporting others
A passion for delivering outstanding childcare
