Are you an experienced property sales professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with excellent earning potential?
We are seeking a Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant to support the sale of the final homes on a successful development in Staines-upon-Thames. With just 8 units remaining, this role is focused on driving reservations, progressing sales, and ensuring a smooth customer journey through to completion.
This is a temporary position that will continue until all remaining homes have been sold and completed, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced new homes professional seeking flexibility and a short-term assignment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion.

Conduct viewings and showcase the development to prospective purchasers.

Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities.

Build strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Work proactively to secure sales on the final remaining units.
Requirements:

Previous experience within property sales, ideally new homes sales.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of converting enquiries into reservations.

Professional and customer-focused approach.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain momentum on a near-complete development.
Package:

Up to £32,000 pro rata basic salary.

Attractive plot commission structure.

Flexible part-time working pattern (Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday).
