The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the effective conversion of international student enquiries and applications across all international markets, underpinned by a strong commitment to high-quality customer service. The postholder will contribute to the development and delivery of conversion activity within the conversion team, supporting the achievement of agreed strategic objectives and international student recruitment targets.

The role involves proactive follow-up with prospective students and overseas offices, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that enquiries progress to applications and applications progress to enrolment through accurate, timely, and professional information and support

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. You will however be expected to be on campus full time during the initial induction period.

Salary Information:
New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe. This ensures fairness, consistency and transparency in our pay structures. A higher starting salary or market supplement may be available for a truly exceptional candidate when circumstances fully justify a departure from our normal policy.
