The Opportunity
An established independent estate agency are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join its growing team in Nuneaton.
This is offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering excellent client service while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing property viewings and handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Negotiating lettings agreements to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Supporting the marketing and promotion of property listings
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
- Keeping up to date with market developments and relevant property legislation
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within the lettings sector
- Prior experience working in a lettings-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual skills would be advantageous
- Knowledge of local property legislation and regulations is beneficial
