We’re looking for a Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team — supporting our sales operation across order management, customer service, and direct despatch/drop ship accounts.

Your Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our sales and customer operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing product listings, pricing, and stock updates for key accounts
- Uploading product data and images to retailer systems
- Handling customer queries and account updates
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Attending trade shows
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident, clear communicator who enjoys teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
- Positive, proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Previous experience in sales admin, e-commerce, or customer service preferred — but full training will be provided
