We are seeking a highly skilled Mercedes-Benz Specialist Technician to join our team. We are a dedicated specialist workshop, and we pride ourselves on providing dealership-level service with a personal touch. The successful candidate will be responsible for high-level diagnostics, complex repairs, and routine maintenance across the entire Mercedes-Benz passenger and light commercial range.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics using Xentry / Star Diagnosis and other specialist equipment.
- Conduct complex mechanical and electrical repairs (Engine, Transmission, Suspension, and Braking systems).
- Carry out routine servicing in accordance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer schedules (Service A/B).
- Complete digital service records and ensure all work meets brand standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including wiring, sensors, and control modules.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5-10+ years of experience specifically working on Mercedes-Benz vehicles (Independent Specialist or Main Dealer).
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred but not essential for candidates with significant, proven Mercedes-Benz specialist experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of Mercedes diagnostic software and technical information systems (WIS/ASRA).
- License: Full UK Driving License
- Attitude: A high level of attention to detail and a "fix-it-right-first-time" mindset.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
