You will:
- Build and present finance, insurance and add on product solutions in line with FCA regulations
- Support the delivery of the sales process and help drive department performance
- Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Support the sale of premium used vehicles alongside a range of value added products
- Ensure accurate information is provided and the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- Assist with daily operational actions to achieve agreed targets
- Take and manage sales enquiries in person, online and by telephone
- Maximise opportunities through professional qualification and customer engagement
- Carry out accurate vehicle and part exchange valuations
About You
You are naturally people focused, professional and passionate about cars. You value long term relationships over short term sales and take pride in delivering a high standard of service.
You will have:
- A full and valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a sales / business management, ideally within the automotive industry is preferred
- A strong understanding of finance and insurance product regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A confident, well presented and customer centric approach
