We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused individual to join the team at The Alverton Hotel as Bar Server. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining high standards in a busy bar environment.
Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.

Prepare and serve drinks to specification, maintaining quality and consistency.

Deliver exceptional customer service, responding confidently to guest requests and queries.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation behind the bar and within service areas.

Support restaurant and events teams during busy periods when required.

Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining bar organisation.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
-
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, full training provided.

A friendly, positive and proactive attitude.

Strong communication skills and a professional manner.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
