Overview
This job is for 3 days per week - Friday to Sunday - 12 hours per day/36 hours per week
We are looking to hire a Head Chef to join our team.
The ideal person will be an experienced chef with passion and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food production
- Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring standards are met
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Implementing and maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards
- Developing new menu items
Experience
- Previous experience working in a hospitality or restaurant setting as a Head Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of food production processes and industry best practices
- Team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in food preparation
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
