As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Xero Bookkeeper who enjoys working with technology, takes pride in delivering accurate financial data, and values building strong client relationships.
The Role
As a Bookkeeper, you will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of agency clients, ensuring their financial records are accurate, well organised and kept up to date.
Your work will provide the foundation for the finance operations and financial insight we deliver to clients each month.
You will work closely with both clients and our internal team, contributing to the delivery of reliable financial data that supports better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bills and receipts through Dext
- Reconciliation of the bank in Xero
- Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage purchase and sales ledgers
- Ensure client financial records are complete, organised and up to date
- Support clients with day-to-day bookkeeping queries
- Work closely with the wider team to support monthly reporting cycles
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using digital accounting tools and automation

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes real pride in producing accurate financial data and enjoys working in a modern digital accounting environment.
You will likely have:
- Strong practical experience using Xero (essential)
- Previous bookkeeping experience within an accounting practice
- AAT Level 3 or 4 qualification
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence communicating with clients
- The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative remote team
What Success Looks Like in this role
You enjoy working with clients and take real ownership of the accuracy of their financial data. You’re comfortable managing bookkeeping for multiple clients simultaneously and understand how your work supports monthly reporting and management accounts.
You’re someone who naturally:
- Notices when things don’t reconcile and investigates why
- Keeps ledgers clean and well organised
- Communicates with clients and team members to resolve queries efficiently
- Looks for ways to improve processes using digital tools

This role requires hands-on experience using Xero in a bookkeeping role.
