Our client in Maidstone is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team

The role:
Your caseload will vary and you will gain exposure to a range of transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Lease extensions
Some Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
- Prepare and issue contract packs and supporting documentation.
- Conduct property searches and review results.
- Raise and respond to enquiries throughout the transaction process.
- Obtain and process mortgage offers and related documentation.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on case progress.
- Prepare files for exchange of contracts and completion.
- Handle post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
- Maintain accurate records and update the case management system.
- Ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
The client will need a candidate with prior experience of the conveyancing process, they can offer training to the right candidate, but do expect some level of experience.
