Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (Established Home)
Pioneer Talent, on behalf of an established children’s care provider, is recruiting a Registered Manager for an established children’s home in Hall Green, Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a stable service with an existing team, while driving improvements and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and inspections
- Lead, support and develop the staff team
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
- Build relationships with Local Authorities and stakeholders
About the Home
- Established children’s home

About You
- Registered Manager OR experienced Deputy Manager
- Experience within children’s residential care (EBD / SEMH)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted and regulatory standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
