Immediate requirement - Recruiting for Full-time experienced IFA Administrator position with a Financial Advisers based in West London. located within short walk from Richmond mainline station.
Monday - Friday. Fulltime role office based.
The role is to support the Financial Planning Managers and Paraplanners to include preparation of new business documents, maintaining the back office system with accurate client information, following up with pension companies with queries, submission of applications, client communications, preparing meeting packs and sending off relevant documentation.
Required Experience
· Must have previous experience of working within an environment in an administration or similar role. You will possess the following skills;
· Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Package including Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Interpersonal skills coupled with a ‘can do ‘attitude
· Ability to work under pressure and to use own initiative
· Self-motivated and willing to learn.
· Team player.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
