Currently based in Toft and soon relocating to Melbourn, Aclardian is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our small team and support our pharmaceutical wholesaling business.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a flexible, proactive “can-do” attitude. As a small business, we value team members who are willing to pitch in, respond to changing customer needs, and maintain a high level of accuracy, even under pressure. Industry experience or formal qualifications are less important than the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Full training will be provided. Driving licence desirable.

- Familiarity with Sage (used for order processing) is advantageous, though training will be provided

- Evaluate and compare supplier offers for specialist products
Flexibility and Resourcefulness
- Willingness to undertake a wide range of office duties, including:
- Filing and document management
- Monitoring consignment deliveries
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Willingness to support warehouse operations, including:
- Picking and packing orders
- Stock taking
- Booking courier collections
Regulatory Compliance
- Ability to comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations relating to prescription medicines
- Full training will be provided for candidates without prior pharmaceutical experience
- The role may require a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
