Concrete Repairs & Coatings Operative Required – South Wales
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Concrete Repairs & Coatings Operative to join a reputable contractor working on a variety of commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across South Wales.

The Role
- Carrying out concrete repair works on a range of construction projects
- Surface preparation, patch repairs, and structural repairs
- Application of protective coatings and specialist repair systems
- Working in accordance with site specifications and health and safety requirements
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in concrete repairs and protective coatings
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Knowledge of repair mortars, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health and safety
