Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support clean water civils and pipeline projects across the Anglian Water region.
This role will involve managing site-based operations delivering clean water infrastructure works, including mains replacement, pipelaying, excavations, reinstatement and associated civils works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating daily site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme, and maintaining strong client-facing communication with Anglian Water and wider project stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership within live water infrastructure environments.

Requirements
- CSCS Card
- EUSR Blue Card (National Water Hygiene)
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous clean water, utilities or infrastructure civils experience preferred
Desirable
- NRSWA / Streetworks
- Pipeline installation or mains laying experience
