You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care family as a Care Professional. To apply, you must be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the Right to work in the UK.
This role offers a range of flexible shift patterns - whether you prefer to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends, we’ll work with you to find a schedule that suits you!

As a Care Professional, your personality and values are key to delivering excellent care. You’ll need to be adaptable, kind, and put others first. Your role may include:
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with personal care, including showering and bathing
- Supporting mobility and movement around the home
- Helping with medication management and providing medical support
- Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and tidying
- Running errands like grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
Pay: £14.00-£21.00 per hour
