The Role
As Project Delivery Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of installation projects across Scotland, ensuring exceptional quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
You will drive operational performance while developing teams, improving systems and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage installation operations to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
· Oversee labour planning, material management and operational costs
· Drive continuous improvement across installation quality, logistics and productivity
· Conduct quality assurance and health & safety audits in line with company standards
· Champion a proactive health & safety culture across all operational teams
· Coach, mentor and develop managers and installation teams
· Deliver ongoing technical and operational training aligned to CR Smith’s installation standards
· Work collaboratively with manufacturing, logistics and supply chain teams to improve operational performance
· Support strategic operational planning and future business growth initiatives
· Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer experience and operational excellence

The successful candidate will ideally be degree-educated in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.

· Experience managing operational performance, quality and health & safety standards
· Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and priorities within a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
· Full UK Driving Licence
