Openings for a full & part time Baristaa across our independent sites at Clapham and Balham
Built from the ground up, our Cafés have been part of the rising SW coffee & brunch scene since 2013. Having weathered the pandemic we have emerged more determined than ever to continue to do what we do well; good coffee and good brunch in local neighbourhoods with an ethos of community and with charismatic team work close to our heart.
You will;
- Possess a minimum of 3 year experience, competent in latte art and dialing in machines (FB80).
- Excel in being able to thrive in a fast paced environment whilst motivating fellow team members setting pace.
- Possess an enthusiastic attitude to achieve goals both of your own and the business's.
- Have the addition of enjoying the perks of working with establishments that invest in their own. Training excursions, internal promotion and rewards that come with working a close-knit team of people.
