We are an established leading provider of Sameday Courier and Logistics services. We are looking for someone who is committed and enthusiastic, to be part of our team at our busy Southampton office.
Predominantly the role involves taking calls from customers, allocating work to drivers, monitoring deliveries and alerting customers if we are running behind schedule. We also provide a warehousing / pick and pack service, this represents about ten percent of the workload and is typically receiving stock and entering onto a warehouse management system, receiving orders, picking packing and booking out again.
you will need to have;
An excellent telephone manner.

The ability to work well under pressure
There is rota'd on call system as some of our customers may require bookings out of normal working hours.
Experience of the SameDay Courier industry would be an advantage but not essential.
