Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer
CTR are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to work on a key account to conduct work that provides a multi-skilled maintenance service.
Location: Manchester (Greater Manchester)
Salary: £44,563 ***
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of commercial gas installation, commission, fault finding, and maintenance including the service and repair of gas and oil heating systems
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and task schedules as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team
- Carrying out basic facilities maintenance tasks as required
- Supporting team members including acting as second-man where required
Requirements:
- Experience within the FM industry supporting commercial properties with reactive and planned maintenance activities
- Gas Safe qualified across all commercial and industrial equipment, applications, and installations: CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1.
- F Gas Cat 1 (Desirable).
- Oil Fired Heater (OFTEC) certification (Desirable).
- LPG certification – Desirable (Desirable).
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
