As our organisation continues to expand, we are looking for an accomplished and driven Senior Executive to join our London team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about business performance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
The Role
The Senior Executive will play a key role in supporting the organisation's strategic objectives and day-to-day operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to the planning and execution of business initiatives, oversee key projects, and help drive organisational performance.
This role requires a highly organised, commercially aware, and proactive individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be expected to build strong relationships across the organisation, support decision-making through analysis and insight, and help ensure the successful delivery of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Support
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies and organisational objectives
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement
- Contribute to business planning activities and strategic initiatives
- Conduct market research and business analysis to support informed decision-making
- Monitor industry trends and identify potential opportunities and risks
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Lead and coordinate business projects from inception through to successful completion
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Prepare project reports and updates for senior management
Stakeholder and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Act as a trusted point of contact for key business initiatives and operational matters
- Support business development activities and client engagement initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments
- Represent the organisation professionally in meetings and business interactions
Business Performance and Analysis
- Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership
- Monitor key performance indicators and support performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
- Support organisational decision-making through accurate and timely business insights
Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and workflows
- Support the implementation of operational improvements and best practices
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Ensure business activities are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
RequirementsExperience and Skills
- Proven experience in a senior executive, business management, operations, project management, or strategic support role
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
- Professional qualifications in project management, leadership, or business administration would be advantageous
