Sure Recruitment is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our busy and well-established recruitment branch in Coatbridge.
Operating 365 days a year, our branch supplies temporary workers into key warehousing and distribution environments, supporting clients with critical staffing requirements across multiple sites.
This is a fast-paced role where communication, relationship building, people management, and operational excellence are essential. We are looking for a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage key client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery to both clients and candidates.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring client staffing requirements are consistently met while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of recruitment consultants and account managers.
- Managing key client accounts and building long-term partnerships.
- Overseeing the delivery of temporary staffing solutions into busy warehousing and distribution environments.
- Managing workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Handling multiple priorities within a high-volume operational environment.
- Managing branch performance and KPI delivery.
- Supporting out-of-hours operations through the on-call rota.
- Maintaining compliance and recruitment best practice standards.
- Developing strong relationships with candidates, temporary workers, and clients.
