About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing financial services business that is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Case & Protection Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in mortgage administration, case management, and protection business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring mortgage and protection cases are processed efficiently while supporting advisers and maintaining excellent client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and providers to progress cases efficiently.
- Monitor case pipelines and ensure all documentation is obtained and processed accurately.
- Support advisers with case progression and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may delay case completion.
- Assist with the management and development of administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and case notes.
Requirements
- Previous experience within mortgage administration, case management, or protection services.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection market.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- CeMAP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
