Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care to children living in our 2 bedded Ofsted Registered home. This role will include working shifts on a 2 on, 4 off rota. Sleep ins are paid at £65.00.
Duties
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs and preferences.
- Provide emotional support, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals to coordinate care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential children's homes is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and documentation is advantageous.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence for the role.
