Lemon Tree Day Nursery is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our founding team as we prepare to open our brand-new nursery in Cosham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning, helping to create a positive culture and an inspiring environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early years education, excellent teamwork skills and a commitment to providing outstanding care for every child. We are looking for someone who is reliable, kind and ready to make a real difference.
You will be joining a growing family of nurseries with an exceptionally positive workplace culture, supported by an experienced owner and two successful sister settings.
Essential requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
- A passion for early years education.
- A positive, reliable and caring attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
