Outsourcing Assistant Manager
£50,000 – £65,000 DOE | Hybrid Working | Clear Progression
We’re working with a highly regarded, people-first accountancy practice that’s continuing to grow its Outsourcing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, leveraging cloud tech, and adding real commercial value.
You’ll join a collaborative team where your ideas are heard, your development is supported, and your progression is taken seriously.
The role:
- Managing a varied portfolio alongside senior team members
- Producing and reviewing management accounts, forecasts, and KPIs
- Supporting clients with strategic decision-making and business insights
- Designing and implementing cloud-based finance systems (Xero, Dext, Fathom)
- Mentoring and reviewing work of junior team members
- Getting involved in project work and process improvements

What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Experience within a UK accountancy practice (outsourcing/management accounts ideal)
- Confident with cloud accounting and systems implementation
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
