Metric Energy is a new UK energy brokerage built to fix what’s broken in the industry. Too many SMEs have been misled by hidden uplifts, unclear commissions, and aggressive sales tactics. We exist to do the opposite.

The Role
This is a lead generation and conversion position with full flexibility. You will:
- Visit local businesses in London
- Start simple, transparent conversations about their energy contract
- Gather/obtain their current energy bill
- Submit leads through our web‑based app using your smartphone or tablet
- Convert warm leads into signed contracts (we handle pricing and paperwork)
If you can use a smartphone, you can use our system.
What You Get
- Uncapped commission
- Example earnings:
- 30,000 kWh = £100
- 60,000 kWh = £200
- 100,000 kWh = £333
- On average example business energy usage per year:
- Newsagents 30,000 – 45,000 kWh per annum
- Takeaways/Restaurants 30,000 - 60,000 kWh per annum
- Launderettes/Tanning Salons >50,000 kWh per annum

What We’re Looking For
- Confident and excellent communicator
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
- Self‑starter and proactive
- Experience in field sales or lead generation (preferred but not essential)
- Someone who wants to be part of a startup doing energy the right way
- Proof of right to work in UK
