Do you have previous experience in an HR focused role and are looking for an autonomous position within a brand manufacturing site in Avonmouth?
The company are established on a global scale and due to continued investment and growth they are currently opening their site and are looking to establish a team.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for HR across the site as the company go through a continued period of growth.
This role would suit someone with an HR background looking for a long term permanent position.
The Role:
- Main point of contact for HR within the new site
- Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Run payroll monthly, recruitment processes, onboarding, compliance, employment legislation, performance appraisal and much more.
- Further progression and development
- Monday - Friday
The Person:
- Previous experience in an HR role such as HR Officer, HR Advisor or similar
- HR related qualification
- Looking for a long term permanent position
