Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team at Allure Hair & Beauty. This position is ideal for a Level 2 qualified Beauty Therapist looking to progress onto their NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship within a busy, professional salon environment.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Beauty Therapist, Jemma, as well as independently, to deliver high-quality treatments and exceptional client care.
This is a fully employed role within an independent, inclusive salon – we do not offer self-employment.
This paid role offers a minimum of 30 hours per week, with ongoing training, development opportunities, and a bonus structure available to increase your earnings from day one.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily salon operations, including maintaining client records and preparing treatment areas
- Deliver beauty treatments such as nails and waxing to a high standard
- Work alongside the Senior Therapist to develop advanced skills and confidence
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every client has a positive experience
- Promote and recommend treatments and products to support client results and salon growth
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with health and safety standards
- Support with social media content where required to showcase treatments and results
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming salon environment
Experience
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy is essential
- Competency in nail services and waxing is required
- Lash qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Any additional beauty qualifications should be disclosed upon application
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are key
- Experience working in a salon environment is beneficial but not essential
This Apprenticeship provides a structured pathway to develop advanced skills within the beauty industry, with ongoing support, training, and opportunities for progression in a busy, well-established salon.
