About Us
Integrum Site Services Ltd is a site investigation company delivering a range of specialist services including site investigations, drainage surveys, opening-up works, laboratory testing and associated reporting services. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrative Manager to join our team and take ownership of our office operations.
The Role
We are looking for a strong Office Administrative Manager who can oversee day-to-day office functions, support management, and ensure the smooth running of administrative processes across the business. This role requires someone who is confident, organised, detail-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
You will be expected to take initiative, solve problems independently, and help improve systems and processes to support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of office operations
- Lead, support and coordinate administrative and technical staff
- Manage the company's reporting cycle, ensuring reports are produced, reviewed and issued within agreed timescales
- Monitor project progress and proactively chase outstanding information to ensure client deadlines are met
- Coordinate the receipt, logging and dispatch of soil and material samples to laboratories for testing
- Track laboratory testing progress and ensure results are received and distributed to the relevant teams in a timely manner
- Liaise with engineers, technicians, site staff and laboratories to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure all administrative activities are organised, accurate and completed within deadlines
- Monitor workloads and prioritise tasks effectively across departments
- Manage company records, documentation and filing systems
- Support operational teams with planning and coordination requirements
- Ensure company records, project files and reporting systems are maintained to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager or similar administration role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and administration systems
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Driving Licence preferable
Desirable
- Experience within construction, site investigation, engineering or related industries
- Experience using project management or scheduling software
- Experience with operational and financial administration
