Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on nursing care
- Support and guide Senior Carers and Care Staff
- Administer and manage medications
- Complete care plans, risk assessments and audits
- Communicate with families and health professionals
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- Compassionate, professional and reliable
- Care home experience desirable (not essential)

Qualifications:
· Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
· Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting.
· Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
· Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding of drug interactions and contraindications.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
· Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
