What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and organisation
- Supervising lessons using pre-prepared materials when required
- Keeping students engaged, focused, and on track
- Managing classroom behaviour with confidence
- Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
- Helping create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

What You’ll Need:
- Experience working with children or young people (ideally in schools)
- Confidence in supporting and managing a classroom
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A positive, proactive, and reliable approach
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is a bonus, but not essential
